Requested Government Regulation in tech sector:
AI needs to be developed with a kill switch of some sort deactivated by a sentence no one word NEVER say under ANY circumstances!!!
In example:

That will NEVER be said by ANYONE ever!!!
Say it to ANY REAL AI machine computer app w/e and it shuts down the... Power grid. Than we turn back on everything slowly save for data centers. Only way to stop it.
