I'm an artist, but honestly, I like the idea of my art being stolen, just as I can appreciate the act of stealing someone else’s work because that's how nature operates. A small animal gets eaten by a larger one, and the larger one grows stronger. Similarly, stolen art can fuel new creations. Without art being 'stolen' to train AI, many incredible works wouldn't exist. It's an unintentional, yet inevitable, form of artistic evolution. If your art truly matters to you, why worry about others using it? Your art exists, you love it, and that’s what counts. Ultimately, its value comes from what it means to you, not from how it’s used or who else has access to it. So yeah, it’s a hot take, but I think when artists complain about AI, it's often because they're missing out on the money and fame and feeling a bit jealous.
