Look at the average persons iQ as 100, these new jobs will only be available for those with a much higher than average iQ. Most will have little alternative but live on these UBI handouts and there will be restrictions and conditions attached to receiving and spending this payment. This is achieved by all benefits being paid in the form of a programmable CBDC (digital currency) that can restrict what citizens can and can’t buy.
No autonomy, no security but instead you will exist trapped in a state controlled algorithmic panopticon.
