Actually, that's how real artist learns, but AI can potentially do it much faster.
It's more problem of our economic system anyway. Corporations in need of a cheap and capable labor force, it's applies to any profession.
Nothing changes, it's probablem of the employees, not the emploer.
Employer want it cheaper and better and most of the people searching for the better way to survive in a new conditions.
Market economy was always about the money, product, and not about population wellbeing. Big sharks will always stay afloat anyways)
