As a Software dev. let me assure you that AI is going to take over art eventually. Artists are overrated and overpriced, we are democratising art by allowing everyone to create art. AI scans preexisting art for (machine) learning just like humans do in art school.. it's no different human artists are just afraid AI will take their jobs and hence come up with nonsensical rhetoric.
