I had that Idea that If It scrambled 1000 pixels from 1000000 copyrighted images than 0.000001% of these pixels would be copyrighted and lets say it copies an eye from some artwork Its still too little of a direct copy to be the reason for the owner of the eye drawing to get money (its like someone making me pay them because the way I draw eyes is how they draw eyes). You can't get the same result twice unless you deliberately set up the AI to output something super specific with the right algorithms. Which is a direct human influence and not the AI suddenly gaining the ability to recall what it did 1 minute ago. Its a very similar process to photo bashing but using a ton of images.
