Ai can be a great tool when used responsibly (ignoring the eco issue). I use it for writing to help me with quick, hyper-specific questions, making sure certain scenarios are possible, etc. But yeah, overall, I wouldn't let it write my whole story, I tried that before as a what if... It's mediocre and lacking life.
