I can be wrong, I still think it's alarmism. Everybody it's sure that intelligent machines will take over the world. I'm a developer, first times I checked the «AI» I learned that there's is no AI and even was created by chance, of course, We never could imagine what would happen when you start process an insane amount of data, we just couldn't conceive. AI is what is always been, a group of rules made by humans to automate stuff, only now the smart keyboard, that predicts next text/word/token as myriads of servers processing all info of humanity, we can be dozens of years away from something you now call AGI. I don't think we even have the correct hardware to «think». Not trying to take out value to what was found it's huge. But as you now know the answers can't be trusted have to be double checked, the good stuff is the speed, you get results in a second that You needed hours, now have only to correct, and be very sceptic... At this point I say, it can only be so intelligent as engineers «teach» it to be, if it turns out bad it's because humans have something to gain ignoring ethics. Im not Nostradamus, this are just my thoughts there are certainly secret things that we are not aware.
