large companies start trading product between one another with the highest in charge having most of the materials while they also distribute some of the resources to the public to gain their allegiance probably in a militia system because with money gone military power is the thing they fall back on. but of course the government wouldn't let that happen so there would probably be a lot of regulations on AI at that point when the politicians start realizing that the billionaires funding them are planning on undermining their power
