mixed all beers and flies in one bottle. Warehouse automation “robots” are dumb box movers, they are not displacing white collar jobs neither it is AI. Generative AI tech automates “grey collars” such as appointment schedulers, jobs copy-pasting files from A to B, answering simple questions over the phone type of jobs. Callcenter and warehouse jobs are to be affected. Just like horse food suppliers were affected in 1900s by arrival of automobiles. Engineering jobs are reshaped by AI, more productive and will be in higher demand. Also all type of consumer service economy is staying. AI is not doing my haircut neither fixes my plumbing issues
