I think it would be funny if a smut artist was to put incorrect meta data into their art so that when the ai scraped their art, they mistook ultra hardcore smut, something like sa smut, for mundane art by another artist then as you are trying to make beautiful ai art based on your favorite artist, to cheat a competition, you end up making sa prons instead.
Also, I'm pretty sure one way around ai art would be to update tos for your art to include that you don't give permission for your art to be used as reference for ai. That way if it is, it's in breach of copyright. Then class action the developers.
