programming autonomous murderbots incorrectly, isn't as much of a problem as hacking/reprogramming those robots is. Perfectly programmed death machines are all very well and good when they're doing what nature intended, but when they're ubiquitous and unassuming, they become the perfect target for anyone with the expertise to re-purpose them.
