Since there are humans that believe the Earth is flat no matter how you try to train them otherwise, I'm not going to expect machines with neural networks that work just like the human brain, to act differently. It might be a good idea to demand a basic objective morality be included in every AI. That would be basic civil law. No murder, rape, stealing, fraud, encouraging violence or self harm, freedom of religion for other people, equal rights for all people as a reason default. Most of it was in civil law since 3700 years ago, written down in stone. So religion is not necessary to teach basic Lawful Good.
