To the people that think AI is just the big scary boogie man of the tech world, AI is a very broad term for smart systems. AI can find correlations from statistical data way faster and more accurately than the smartest humans. The problem here is the information we feed the AI, so us and our biases, not the fact that the AI presents the data that we give it in an unbiased way.
