I don't think the AI folks will ever learn. They just refuse to accept anything but what they want to hear, ensuring the argument is one-sided even if they have no ground to stand of and if you have actual evidence to back up your claims. So at this point I just would rather leave it be. It's bound to bite them back at some point or another- whether with their 'cheap' options suddenly forcing subscriptions, or with AI pulling an Ouroboros and eating itself alive until there's nothing left. Whatever the case, I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy some popcorn at this point. Not worth trying to argue with those who refuse to listen.
