Not surprising. Companies don’t care about their employees, but yet they always expect their employees to go above and beyond and be loyal to their company. 😒 I stopped being company loyal years ago. I’ve always done 110% never got anywhere never got paid extra and never had anything to show for it and then all these companies I work for now bankrupt and out of business. 😂 They don’t care about their employees and if they can replace you with AI or cheaper labor, they will. Always look out for number one and that is you because the reality is nobody cares about you and one is going to take care of you or have your best interest at heart. Businesses is business. So it’s best to run your life like a business. Best of luck out there. Working for people sucks.
