A big sort of "argument" or complaint I see Ai bros is that "Not all people have the privilege or time to put in the work to learn how to draw"... Which what!?! Do these people not know how stupid they sound if they use that argument for literally anything else or think about what they're saying? Not everyone can train to be a pro gamer, so use cheats and aimbots. Not everyone can train to be an athlete, so use steriods and prosthetics or whatever (lol idk sports or how you can cheat but my point stands) Not everyone can be a genius, so just cheat in school The thing that I find funny is that the most vocal and angry people are those who make up arguments like this without any real backing, where as artists are largely just doing our own thing and with limited research are able to just shut down most disputes. Now, those saying that Ai image generation is a form of art, I am willing to agree, just not in the way that you think. I can agree that coming up with ideas and composition and being specific isn't always easy and I can call that a skill, but I would say your strengths lie best in novels or story telling. Genuinely, I think they would be able to make rather vivd stories if they used their descriptive abilities in that way instead of this, but I digress and know that if they wanted to be writers, they would be (though they'd probably use Chat.Gpt for that too) Just because an artist can sketch a beautiful home and floor plan does not mean that they can make it.
