You make it sound like these LLM sub-AI's can learn, they can't. They are just really large overpowered dumb AI's. The real problem is they are running out of new data to make them more useful. They've hit the wall of reason just like all previous AI boom of the past - they are unable to perform self-conscience reasoning that would make them intelligent and useful.
These employees are leaving because they know that this LLM sub-AI bubble is going to collapse soon and they are securing alternative employment so that they will hopefully still have a job.
