What I could see happening in the very soon future is that anyone who uses someone else’s photo or voice for a deep fake, will be served big fines for new “Deep Fake Copy Right” laws. I can easily see this happening very soon.
I would compare it to someone using a copy right song on a YouTube video or on Facebook. Those videos will be demonetized, blocked in certain countries, or just takin down.
But for the bigger offenses where someone’s imagine gets destroyed, I can see the law going after those people. Big fines.
Or if a deep fake is so effective that it causes humans to die. They will track down the creator of that deep fake digitally and that person will get arrested for murder.
This is what’s coming!
