This is literally what Marx spoke about. Its built into capitalism as an inherent contradiction. Each company individually is incentivised to maximise automation, suppress wages, and maximise profit, they HAVE to in a capitalist system. But collectively , through this process of unemployment, the contradiction emerges: constant laying g off of workers and suppression of wages will inevitably lead to this issue this video highlights - no one can buy any of the products these companies put out. Its not even the only contradiction.
