You are encouraged to buy these policies to pay for things that that your Medicare doesn't pay for, but then they use AI to refuse your claims. Your then on the hook for the claim. How do I know simple I have proof (documentation)of what they've done. I've been trying to get UHC to pay what they owe on my Dad' bill for more than two years.
