AI is used by United Health Care, in direct violation of of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services which is the body that governs your Medicare policy. You are encouraged to buy these policies to pay for things that that your Medicare doesn't pay for, but then they use AI to refuse your claims. Your then on the hook for the claim. How do I know simple I have proof (documentation)of what they've done. I've been trying to get UHC to pay what they owe on my Dad' bill for more than two years.
