Please oh please.. nutritionist is considered as part of professional healthcare worker.. please do consult the professional medical personnel first before doing anything weird to your body 😢 especially those that were really out of the box ideas.. there is a reason for how a usual table salt is still iodized or added enhancement that way..! It was from DECADES of research not as fast as using AI Chatbot.. you need to be critical enough to know whether AI is wrong or right..! (At this point in time I still think AI is still immature to believe as is, but it may be different in the next 10-20 years)
