I think what people dislike overall is how "AI ARtists" (and i am missing at least 60 quotes on that remark) is how smug they are when they themselves know they havent put any effort at all on what they show to the world.
they dont understand how their "own work" was even created.
no knowledge on art fundamentals, be paiting , music or literature, they skipped the fundamentals of what makes "art" ...well. "art" and they seem to look down at the others.
....In less word, a bunch of fustrated losers who didnt bother to put the effort were given a very powerful tool, but they dont realize AI is only that , is only an experimental tool that will do whatever it wants with its prompts.
No AI artist can come out and say " yeah, i intended to do this 100% bit by bit"
