19:50 I disagree that you must be as smart as super intelligence to predict what it will do. If you think about intelligence itself, it’s the ability to process information. Let’s say you and I can read a book in a week. The AI can read 1 million books in 2 minutes. If I can navigate a delivery route, AI can navigate 500 routes at once. While I can’t DO what the AI can do, I can still predict what might happen: faster everything, at a higher scale. New inventions. Logistics problems solved. Policy changes and laws solved. Not all at once, but at a significantly bigger scale than any one person can do. We as humans have the advantage for now with our hive mind, but the AI will be the same and much faster.
