NAH! I can't imagine having to fill (thousands) drivers to be "behind the curtain" ready to take over because they are monitoring. Either the system is going to work and work out the bugs or it shouldn't be on the road yet. This would be so contradictory to "autonomous" driving, that I would think Tesla would be laughed out of the market!
