In order to end art as a form of human activity, AI has to grow from a complicated tool to an independent "creator" that could somehow operate on its own "will".
What AI *can* replace in the foreseeable future might be concept art industry, editing, and "creation" of repetitive garbage like said furaffinity/deviant art content with sheettons of uninspiring trash.
Needless to say, you can feed these algorithms with anything, starting with "muh copyrighted" content and ending with Fayum portraits whose creators have been lying dead for at least 1700 - 2000 years. This copyright sheetstorm is nothing else but a half measure here.
