Tbh ai is a pretty useful for people to express their creativity without years of work. And in traditional art, it doesnt matter whether your drawing is very detailed and realistic, its your creativity and talent to put meaning inside the painting. So technical skills are not the "art" part. They are just a way to create art. And ai just makes that easier. Both are art.
