Makes me think about all the times a company/government in the West abused its powers to extort or suppress. And how I wished they would be held accountable. Having a governmental backdoor in companies can prevent abuse, but who creates a backdoor in the government? What is happening to the Uyghurs scares the shit out of me. What is happening to people in the cities seems weirdly good to me in a sense. Being rewarded for being a productive/contributing member of society that is.
In Western/other politics/governmental structures, this type of system could easily fall into the wrong hands. In case of the CCP, it might already be in the wrong hands. No turning back now. I, A.I.?
