If you told someone to rewrite or copy paste an article from the new york times and they did...
They arent doing anything wrong unless they say "I wrote this, this is my original material"

Also, these are news articles... you know, topical subjects that age immediately? What would be the bad actor use of this? If I made my own news company and I used ChatGPT to steal New York Times articles to be my own.... New York Times is going to take precedent... and... its not really ChatGPTs fault, I am the one using it as a tool to steal??
