middle management will probably be the first thing AI totally replaces-the ownership/c-suite is always going to be there, there's no way to not have that part of a business. Their pay can be different, people are becoming more aware these days, a comapny with a CEO who makes as much as an hourly wage employee would have a beautiful marketing campaign.
