AI actually never creates a replica of any of the images it is trained on, that's the nature of the diffusion. At best you can argue that it creates a derivative based on a pool of images which might be protected by copyright but there are big exceptions and most likely AI in this case will fall under them. Of course a big chunk of visual design jobs have been optimized out by the AI but not the high end level. AI actually has limitations for creating unique images or even executing precise imagess. It creates rather random visuals that approximately resemble what you intended but as a client you always have to adopt to AI, you just can't make it do exactly what you envision.
