A bit confused about this. This guy is just marketing himself. The title would have you believe that the AI is ready and live. His concern is based around the fact, that AI would learn from the Bias of the material being provided to it. Well, guess what, so do Humans. Our surroundings, parents, teachers, media, and advertising already do that. What makes us human is the fact we eventually see past these biases and the information provided to us. So what does Blake actually want? The company had already given him a directive and are already molding the AI to think in a certain way. (a super search engine) Does he want the AI to speak with Birds? Does he want the AI to speak with people from Congo? Does he want the AI to speak to an Aboriginal person? Who decides who gets to speak with the AI, the company that created it. It's not even ready, he said it himself. He is taking the moral high ground for no reason. This all seems like a marketing gimmick and now the military is going to want to speak to it.
