What's insane is. They could have used like official Sega art, colored over it, and then fed it to the AI. It would have produced the same results: Ugly AI trash. Do I think that is better? No. My point is they didn't have to use their friend like this if they really wanted the money. They made a conscious choice to take advantage of Sirpyes
