I think the more companies use AI for customer service, the more people will choose to pay more to deal with companies that use real human beings. The AI that answer phones now, give you a menu list are incredibly stupid and frustrating. I'm sure I'm not alone. Companies are fooling themselves that AI will replace people. I see AI as tools to enhance skilled humans.
