Good conversation. AI is both scary and very useful at the same time.
However, I don’t agree with the idea that every religion ultimately points to the same thing — that feels a bit simplistic to me. It also overlooks the depth, contradictions, and historical meaning of different religions.
It’s a pity that you closed by saying you think differently about religion. From my perspective, it doesn’t seem like this man has truly studied the history of religion, or any single tradition in depth.
