I understand this issue I have degree in Cybersec and Network sys management. They don't want people fresh out of college, it's been a year since I graduated. I can't get a job in my degree field I know though AI will be a downfall of companies using it especially in my area of expertise we can manipulate how it thinks, gaslight, and cause it to corrupt itself. They won't want me though cause I would "lose" them money cause I don't like the vulnerabilities of AI. Now though I work part time as an ice hockey official doesn't make much as if now, I just say "Something is better than nothing". I enjoy the work but doesn't make enough. Immigration is not helping us right now cause I heavily believe "We cannot help others, if we can't even help ourselves" We are struggling to help our own people, how are we supposed to help another couple million people that just show up? Our government is old and the older generation in power is way out of touch. The government hasn't helped us, but it needs some price regulation(medical, food,housing), restricting immigration till the issues are fixed, some anti manopoply measures. Some public works and projects could also help like trains, health care, assistance on finding employment. This would not only help people but create government jobs. Safety is also an issue, longer more in depth training and a training cycle(like 3 weeks 3 times a year) for police with this addition a pay increase. one day maybe one day
