We are not going to get _any_ AI regulation from the U.S. for the next three years, bare minimum. Even if Congress were able to agree on anything (other than fucking over poor people) and get an AI bill passed in the House and the Senate, Trump wouldn't sign it into law. He literally signed an EO back in January that attempts to prevent it from being regulated.
