I'm a 3D artist. I'm an occasional user of LLM such as chatgpt for various uses, mainly for coding various stuff, like some homemade plugins (which is not a skill I have and is not that interesting for me to learn). I use it, although I'm careful not to use it too often and try to have an "ethical" use of AI. So I'm kind in the grey spectrum of artists against AI : I see it as a tool, very useful to have access to the compiled knowledge of humanity, like a very good teacher. However, even as an AI user, I have never found any use for image generators. I used them when they were all hallucinations and weird psychedelic images like everyone else. But when they started getting weirdly realistic, I don't see ANY good use of AI images. It's either misinformation, slop, or propaganda.
