Actually, you don't want to look at the past technological revolutions because this is nothing like the past technological revolutions.
Erratically underestimates the power of technological momentum and exponential capacity of AI.
Finally the fact of the matter is why would you keep 500 call center employees if you can get away with five three technicians and an AI or why would you have 50 trust in the states lawyers if in fact you can get away with 10 and an AI?
