Honestly, yes typing prompt and accepting first thing that comes out takes not skill but using for example comfy UI up to it's limits requires skill. Bending AI to generate what you have in mind is hard work. If you want specific number of distinct characters in specific poses and situations takes skill and patience and I would call that AI art. But yes, midjourney definitely ain't that and actual artists your models are trained on still deserve the credit..
