Working in service is actually awful lol as an IT guy for an MSP, it’s not fun, and Ai (so far) isn’t really making my job any easier. I am thankful for what I have, but let’s not say Ai is even close to resolving any of my tickets. Work is actually more and more demanding for me. Any tips to transfer out of an MSP with 2025 and beyond? Don’t say “sysadmin” lol that’s a joke.
