ANOTHER thing that AI will do: If you already have been convicted for stealing, AI predicts that you are MORE likely to steal again. If you went to jail is also more likely that you use drug and even heavy drugs. If also more likely to come from a family of an absent father or a violent father. Etc.
That's not something that you have to "fix" that is just "probabilities": the more information you enter the less likely you will fall into some category or risk. For instance people with college degrees, regardless of race, will less likely (not impossible but less likely) to commit petty crimes.
If you are going to introduce ideology into mathematically programmed algorism as to deny certain realities, then kiss logic goodbye. Remember: the machine (or the program) only applies probabilities (lower and higher) taken from a "photograph" of a give society-culture.
