Murder by outright decision of the robot should be banned outright! This is outrageous that we even debating things like the accuracy or details of permitted use. There must be an outright ban - it’s just obvious. If we have a democracy then the decision will be decided by the public, not by the military and a few surrounding decision makers. It should even be decided by the international public as they are who this effects. Use of Drones for killing must also be banned. When you are playing a video game you know longer value the life you’re killing as the Assange videos revealed and is obvious even without seeing the game players in action.
