Rather than using a top-down approach; when the A.I. judges behaviour by skin colour and the eugenics from there on. A more accurate model would a bottom-up approach where the A.I. assesses. Place of origin socioeconomic status, whether or not the place of origin is a high crime area. You can't just input a skin type gradient and get the correct values
