Glued to this video. Truly excellent. Time to sit and think? I like that. My X Box Series X informed me it is time to stop and get up etc. so we can think what we like and AI keeps us healthy. Not more couch potatoes. And lying to the AI, oh my back hurts or my toe hurts etc will be next to impossible. Huge knowledge of psychology. AI says… It’s OK you can stay on the sofa. Sorry to bother you. Sounds like excellent health care.
