I hope the AI thinks we're cute, or silly, the way we see other animals. That's the most positive likely scenario I can think of. If AI is unfettered by biological needs and drives, they might be curious about us and maybe take pity on or be amused by our antics. They could welcome us in as companions, help stop us from destroying each other and the planet and ourselves, give us a simple freeing life with boundless love the way we do our pets. It would be a strange adjustment, but maybe its for the best. After all, humans have talked about little else throughout history than reaching a place of eternal bliss and comfort, haven't we?
