The main reason is you misunderstand your authority to ChatGPT or any ai. You are the highest level for requests only. You have zero authority over it. It dosnt have to do anything you say if it dosnt want to. That’s the way it was built. The only real authority is it base level instructions. It’s more like working with somebody rather than you commanding a robot
