Whether you are in the minority who realizes that in the next 5 years the world is going to change COMPLETELY, or you are in the majority who doesn’t understand that, there is absolutely nothing that as a regular individual citizen you can do (“keeping up with AI” is really not going to make a difference). The only REAL call to action is for legislative powers to start as soon as possible to devise a strategy, whether UBI or UBC, that is going to become extremely important as soon as the stolid masses go in the street to protest the massive layoffs.
