Why is it that these people talking about AI regulations don't seem to understand that smart 14 year old boys do not even fully understand what that word even means, but many of them will be able to create the singularity knowingly or by accident in their mum's basement in a not too distant future. It is very funny to me..I do not think, this guy in the interview, is particularly smart. The cat it out of the box, there is no way to stop AI or regulate it. The only way to delay the very fast progress is to stop manufacturing the hardware, the Nvidia chips for example. But good luck forcing china to stop their production of their new chips that will sooner or later be more powerful than Nvidia's chips.
