also AI does not have the very high level of emotional intelligence that is required to do effective therapy. Bad therapy can and will do more harm than good in the long run. If you are pissed off about how expensive and inaccessible therapy is, so are most therapists! Take it up with the government. In the meantime, please do not endanger your privacy and mental health any more than you have to.
